Datasets in the Pancreatic Expression Database

View list by comparison

A set of highly relevant published pancreatic cancer papers was manually processed, data checked and results loaded into a relational database.

The data was annotated and integrated with the available Ensembl human genome annotations including gene related annotations, sequences, SNPs, gene structure, multi-species and antibody data from the human protein atlas.

We will be updating the database on a regular basis with new findings in the pancreatic cancer field. We also welcome and support pancreatic cancer scientists worldwide to deposit and share their data. If you have data that you would like to submit or any other enquiry, please email
